2025 Photography Nights

*This reservation is for photographers or customers who have already booked a photographer- No photographer is included in this reservation from The Wildflower Farm.

To provide the most enjoyable experience, we are limiting the number of photographers we book during our photography evenings. (Please note this does mean there can be up to 4 other photographers at the same time as you in the farm) 

Photographers can arrive 15 minutes before your set time frame begins but PLEASE wait for an employee to be at the front entrance building to check in before entering the farm. Your clients can check in up to 5 minutes before your scheduled time frame starts. If this is your first time shooting at the farm and you book a session and would like to see the property beforehand please send us a separate email and we can schedule a time for this.

You may book as many families as you wish during your timeframe BUT We will not be allowing more than 2 families for each photographer into the farm at a time, we are trying to avoid families roaming around before and after their shoots. Please help us also communicate this to your clients and coordinate with them via text to let them know when it is their time to head and check in at the front. We really appreciate your cooperation in this matter!! We have also had some photographers who are booking back to back short sessions bring someone with them to help coordinate getting clients to and from the photoshoot spot to help with time- this is allowed and encouraged but not required by any means. 

Please be mindful of the ending time of your time slot.... we do set it for a few minutes before sunset incase it is a gloomy day and we do not mind if you stay a few minutes after that time if there is still a little shoot time but we do ask once the sun is set please head towards the exit as our employee can not leave until the last car is gone and still needs to lock up :) 

DOGS ARE ALLOWED.... as long as they remain leashed the entire time, are friendly, and we ask please have your clients bring bags to clean up after them. Thank you!

Your clients will not be charged an admission fee during your time but each family will be asked to stop at the front entry building and check in.

Please inform your clients there is no cutting or picking of flowers on these sessions. If you are looking to purchase flowers or arrangements please contact us in advance for pricing and availability. Also please do not try and jump over our shorter rows of flowers even if you can make it, we ask everyone to please walk to the end of the rows we do not want to take a chance on flowers being stepped on.

Separate reservations are required for each Photo Session you book if you are looking for multiple nights. 

The farm will only be open to photographers and their clients with reservations on these specific evenings, there will be no general admission customers during these nights. Reservations for these nights give you access to the U-pick field for photos, the use of the outside of our beautiful barns as photo backdrops and Sunflower rows. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SUNFLOWERS ON ANY GIVEN DATE they are subject to availability- we can only plant the flowers but it is up to Mother Nature how and when they bloom! 

We suggest advertising flower farm minis/sessions as we mentioned above we do not guarantee sunflowers for sunflower minis or any given date.

 The inside of barns and buildings will not be accessible during these sessions but you are welcome to use the outsides as backdrops. This reservation is good only for the evening booked by the photographer or client. 

 At OUR discretion, if the weather does not permit photos to be taken or the field/flowers are not in ideal condition, we will contact the person who made the reservation ASAP so please put the BEST CONTACT NUMBER in the notes when making your reservations. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling your session with a few open date options.
