2026 September photography sessions

2026 season… here we come! :)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We know this is a lot of information, but it’s important to help everyone have a smooth and enjoyable experience during our photo reservation evenings.

📸 Reservation Details

- Reservations are for the last 2 hours before sunset and are non-refundable.

- 2 hour sessions are $150 each 

- reservations are required & are booked with us in advance 

- This reservation is for photographers or clients who have already booked a photographer.

→ The Wildflower Farm does not provide a photographer during these reservations. 

To ensure a great experience, we limit bookings each evening.

→ There may be up to 4 other photographers on the farm at the same time.

⏰ Arrival & Check-In

- Photographers may arrive up to 15 minutes early.

- Please wait for a staff member at the front entrance before entering.

- Clients may arrive up to 5 minutes before their scheduled session time.

- We do require a waiver to be signed only by the photographer upon arrival of your first session & we will file it for any future bookings you may have. 

If this is your first time shooting at the farm and you'd like to see the property beforehand, please email us to schedule a visit.

🚨 Client Flow

- You may book multiple families within your time slot.

- However, only 2 families per photographer are allowed in the farm at one time.

To help us keep things running smoothly:

- Please communicate with your clients about when to arrive.

- We kindly ask that families do not arrive too early or stay after their session.

Tip: Some photographers bring an assistant to help rotate clients—this is absolutely allowed (but not required).

🌅 Session Timing

- Your time slot ends shortly before sunset.

- If lighting allows, we don’t mind a few extra minutes—but once the sun sets, we ask that you head toward the exit.

Our staff cannot leave until all guests have exited and the property is secured—thank you for helping us with this!

🐶 Dogs

Dogs are welcome as long as they:

- Remain leashed at all times

- Are friendly

- Owners clean up after them

🌸 Flower & Farm Guidelines

- No picking or cutting flowers during photo sessions

- If you'd like to purchase flowers to use during shoot, please contact us ahead of time or we do also offer bouquets if you are looking to give clients a special thank you. 

- Please walk around rows—do not step or jump over them

💵 Admission

- Your clients will NOT be charged admission during your reserved time

- All clients must still check in at the front entrance with your name. 

📅 Booking Info

- A separate reservation is required for each evening/session booked

- The farm will be closed to the public during photography evenings

- Access includes:

- U-pick flower fields

- Sunflower rows (if available)

- Exterior barn backdrops

⚠️ Please note:

- We do not guarantee sunflowers on any date

- Bloom timing is dependent on weather and nature

We recommend advertising general flower farm sessions, rather than sunflower-specific sessions.

🏡 Property Access

- Barn interiors and buildings are not accessible

- You are welcome to use the outside areas as backdrops

🌦 Weather Policy

If weather or field conditions are not suitable:

- WE will contact you as soon as possible to discuss weather & rebooking at our discretion 

- Please provide the best contact number when booking 

- We will do our best to offer multiple reschedule options

📢 Important Reminder

Reservations are required for all photography sessions on the farm.

April 4th at 9:00 AM

By booking you acknowledge we reserve the right to issue refunds to you at any point in the season if the flower fields becomes unusable due to weather or other natural conditions.
