Thank you so much for your interest in our new 2024 Fall Photography Nights at The
Wildflower Farm!
PLEASE read the information below thoroughly before making your reservation.
These reservations are for photographers or customers who have already booked a
photographer. No photographer is included in this reservation.
Reservations are non-refundable, but may, at the discretion of The Wildflower Farm
Management, be rescheduled due to inclement weather or poor field conditions. If
management cancels a session, the person who made the reservation will be contacted
ASAP so please put the best phone number in the notes when making your reservations. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling your session. If you want to reserve multiple sessions, separate reservations are required for each. 


During these sessions, our farm will only be open to photographers and their clients with reservations. No general admission of customers will be allowed.
These sessions will provide the opportunity for you to utilize one of our new fall
backdrops. You may also stage photos around the farm, but a fall backdrop will be
available for your use as well. The fall backdrops DO NOT INCLUDE
PROPS/ACCESSORIES. You are responsible for bringing your own. We will be sharing
some sample photos with the backdrops soon!

The inside of barns and buildings will not be accessible during these sessions, but you are
welcome to use the outside of the barns and buildings as well as the flower fields as
backdrops. However, we cannot guarantee flowers will be in bloom for these sessions.
Please inform your clients that NO FLOWERS ARE TO BE CUT/PICKED during photo
sessions.
Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome. Please make sure you have bags to clean up after
them.
The session you reserve is the time you may have clients on the property. Photographers may arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before your session’s start time, and you will have a 10-minute grace period at the end of your time to pack up - please be respectful of our time.

You may book as many families as you want during your session. Your clients will not be
charged an admission fee during your session, but each family will be asked to stop at the front entry building and fill out a waiver before entering the property. If anyone would like

the waiver emailed in advance, please send a request to contact@wildflowerupick.com at least 24 hours prior to
your session. Each client 18 and older must fill out their own waiver. Any kids younger than
18 should be listed on the bottom portion of the waiver.
