November Christmas Photography

Thank you so much for your interest in our new CHRISTMAS photography nights at The Wildflower Farm 2024! OUR BACKDROPS SHOWN ARE EXAMPLES OF SET UPS IN THE SPECIFIC SPOTS YOU ARE RESERVING BUT PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPS/ACCESSORIES. Photos shown are also only two of the examples of backdrops we are offering, we are working on getting the other samples but the option you choose at checkout will be your spot you are reserving. We appreciate your patience on sample photos. The Christmas tree background option will have multiple real pine trees. 

PLEASE read our whole description with all the information about our photography nights. 

The Time lists on your reservation is you designated time to have clients on the property. Photographers are permitted to arrive no EARLIER than 25 minutes before your reserved time for set up only clients are not allowed to enter until your time starts and you will have a 10 minute grace period at the end of the slot to pack up- please be respectful of our time. These reservations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled due to weather at our discretion. LEASHED/ FRIENDLY dogs are welcome. Please have your clients bring baggies to clean up after them!

To provide the most enjoyable experience, we are offering CHRISTMAS backdrops for these sessions, you will be reserving a specific spot on the farm for these minis! Each family will be asked to stop at the front entry building and fill out one of our waivers before entering. If you would like to speed up the check in process we can email you the waiver for you to give to your clients. EACH CLIENT OVER THE AGE OF 18 MUST FILL OUT THEIR OWN WAIVER AND PLACE NAMES OF ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ON THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE WAIVER. Please inform your clients that if there are flowers no flowers are to be cut/picked on these sessions. Separate reservations are required for each Photo Session you book if you are looking for multiple nights. 

Our farm will only be open to photographers and their clients with reservations on these specific evenings only. These nights are designated to be used for sessions with the backdrop we have provided which we know is different than Summer and Fall sessions. 

The inside of barns and buildings will not be accessible during these sessions but you are welcome to use the outsides as backdrops. This reservation is good only for the evening booked by the photographer or client. 

 At our discretion, if the weather does not permit photos to be taken we will contact the person who made the reservation ASAP so please put the best contact number in the notes when making your reservations. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling your session with a few open date options.
